Note star on the map should be
a little lower and to the left.

When you leave a message, speak s-l-o-w-l-y, and repeat your number TWICE. I know YOU know your own phone number, but please don't rattle it off so quickly that I can't understand it. (it happens so often!)

Please also let me know if it is "OK" for me to leave a message on your voice mail.

Therefore, if you don't get to talk to me right away, please do not assume I have not attempted to reach you. It helps if you tell me when the best time to reach you is, but I cannot always guarantee
that I am available at that time. I will make every effort, of course.

E-mail is often the fastest way to communicate with me -- then there is no "telephone tag". If you prefer to reach me by e-mail to set up an appointment, please complete the following.
In the "Comments" section, please tell us the following:

  1. Briefly tell us  what you need help with
  2. Advise what time(s) are best to come for an appointmnet
  3. Advise if you prefer us to call you, or send an e-mail back.
  4. Advise us if it is NOT ok to call your home / work
